Top Energy Ownership
The Top Energy Consumer Trust (formerly the Bay of Islands Electric Power Trust) was formed to acquire all of the shares in the company.
The Trust's purpose is to hold the shares in the company on behalf of power consumers connected to Top Energy's local electricity network and to distribute the benefits of share ownership to these consumers as a group, irrespective of which energy trading company they may purchase electricity from.
